I am an out-of-network provider for many insurance companies, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare. Out-of-network coverage varies by insurance carrier and policy, so I encourage you to call your insurance company prior to your first session to find out your exact coverage.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I provide clients with a typed statement at the beginning of every month for those who want to submit for reimbursement to their insurance company.

Note: Some clients prefer not to file for reimbursement due to confidentiality reasons since I have to provide the insurance company with a mental health diagnosis.
