I provide individual counseling, couples counseling and group therapy to adults of all ages. Together, we can explore problem areas and develop new skills that will allow you to make positive changes in your life. I've had excellent results helping clients who feel "stuck" in different areas of their lives become more hopeful, energetic and decisive.

I have a particular interest in working with young adults (20s and 30s), many of whom enter counseling with feelings of depression and anxiety regarding relationships, careers and family. I see heterosexual, gay and lesbian clients.
